Is Mind Narrative a mental health clinic or neuroscience treatment provider?
No. We are an AI communication studio teaching generative AI workshops for professional writing and research synthesis. "Mind Narrative" refers to structured thinking in communication — NOT therapy, NOT medical neuroscience. Our facilitators are communications and research practitioners, not licensed clinicians. If you need mental health support, please contact a qualified healthcare provider in your province.
What is your human-in-the-loop AI policy?
Every Mind Narrative programme requires participants to review, verify and approve AI-generated content before professional use. We teach AI review workflows with explicit checkpoints for accuracy, bias and voice alignment. Generative AI accelerates drafting; humans remain accountable for final output. We never endorse unsupervised automation or autonomous agents without oversight.
What do you NOT offer?
We do not provide medical AI diagnostics, AGI product licences, life coaching, guaranteed job placement, salary increase promises, crypto trading bots, fake OpenAI partner certifications or unlicensed software resale. Mind Narrative is an educational AI studio focused on practical AI literacy and communication skills — not a get-rich-quick scheme or coding-only bootcamp without AI framing.
Are programmes available online or in person?
Both. Our Bay Street studio hosts in-person professional workshop sessions, and every cohort includes hybrid participation for learners outside Toronto. Self-paced modules are fully online with monthly live Q&A. Corporate team enablement can be delivered on-site across the Canada market.
What is the typical cohort size?
Live cohort programmes cap at 14 participants to ensure hands-on training quality. Weekend intensives and corporate workshops may accommodate slightly larger groups with additional facilitators. One-to-one studio review sessions are individual by design.
How much does corporate training cost?
Corporate AI communication training is quoted per engagement based on team size, customization depth and delivery format. Typical ranges are C$4,500–C$12,000 for half-day to multi-day workshops. Contact us with your team size and objectives for a detailed proposal in CAD.
What is your refund policy?
Cohort enrolment fees are refundable minus a C$75 administration charge if cancelled at least 14 days before the programme start date. Within 14 days, fees may be transferred to a future cohort once. Self-paced module purchases are refundable within 7 days if no materials have been accessed. Corporate contracts follow terms specified in the signed agreement.
How do you handle personal data under PIPEDA?
Mind Narrative Inc. collects only information necessary to deliver programmes and respond to enquiries. Data is stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure where practicable. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Which AI tools are used in class?
Participants work with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude during studio sessions. You must bring your own accounts unless your employer provides enterprise access. We demonstrate multi-tool AI practice and discuss AI tool governance, but we do not resell licences or claim official partnership status with any vendor.
