Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to mindnarrative.pro and enrolment in programmes offered by Mind Narrative Inc., an Ontario corporation with studio operations in Toronto. By using this website or registering for a programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Mind Narrative
Mind Narrative Inc. operates an AI communication studio providing professional workshops and programmes in generative AI literacy. Our services are educational in nature. We are not a mental health clinic, neuroscience treatment provider, software vendor, employment agency, or accredited post-secondary institution. The name "Mind Narrative" refers to structured communication craft — not medical or therapeutic services.
2. Eligibility
Programmes are intended for adults (18+) seeking professional development in AI-assisted communication. By enrolling, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind your organization if registering on its behalf.
3. Website use
You may use mindnarrative.pro for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
- Scrape, mirror or redistribute site content without written permission.
- Submit false enquiries, spam or malicious code through forms.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Mind Narrative or claim unapproved certifications.
We may suspend access for violations without notice.
4. Programme enrolment and fees
Programme descriptions, schedules and indicative fees in CAD are subject to change before enrolment confirmation. A binding agreement forms when we accept your registration and payment (or issue a signed corporate statement of work). Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes apply as required by Ontario and federal law.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cohort cancellations more than 14 days before start date receive a refund minus C$75 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days may transfer to a future cohort once. Self-paced modules are refundable within 7 days if materials remain unaccessed. Corporate engagements follow contract-specific terms. No refunds for missed sessions without prior arrangement.
6. AI education disclaimer
Our programmes teach practical generative AI skills for professional communication and workflow design. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee employment, productivity gains, business results or specific outcomes. AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude may produce inaccurate or biased content — human review is required before any professional use. Mind Narrative does not provide legal, medical, financial or HR advice.
7. Intellectual property
Studio curricula, prompt templates, worksheets and website content remain the property of Mind Narrative Inc. or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own professional development. You may not resell, publicly redistribute or commercially exploit programme materials without written consent.
Work you create during programmes remains yours. By participating in optional cohort showcases, you grant Mind Narrative a limited licence to display anonymized excerpts for studio marketing unless you opt out in writing.
8. Acceptable use in studio sessions
Participants must follow facilitator instructions regarding generative AI tool use. Do not input confidential third-party data, personal health records or trade secrets into AI tools unless your employer authorizes it. Respect cohort members' privacy — do not record sessions without consent. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
9. Third-party tools
Programmes demonstrate ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and similar tools. Your use of those services is governed by vendor terms and privacy policies. Mind Narrative is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing or output quality. We do not resell software licences or claim official partnership status unless explicitly disclosed in writing.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Website content and programme materials are provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Mind Narrative disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or error-free materials.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mind Narrative Inc., its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use or programme participation, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Mind Narrative against claims arising from your misuse of programme materials, violation of these Terms, unauthorized data submitted to AI tools during exercises, or infringement of third-party rights in work you publish without adequate human review.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Contact forms require PIPEDA consent before submission.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any signed corporate training agreement together form the complete agreement for website use and standard programme enrolment unless a separate written contract states otherwise.
19. Force majeure
Mind Narrative is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, widespread network failures or sudden third-party AI service outages, provided we attempt to reschedule affected studio sessions.
20. Recording
Workshop sessions may be recorded for participant replay unless an attendee objects at session start. Recordings are not sold. Corporate clients may specify no-recording terms in writing.
